I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was really nice, with malls, Cubbon Park, and Brigade Road within walkable distance. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, with great knowledge of the city. They even booked a bus ticket to Mysore for me and arranged a cab to the outlying bus station at a very good price. The rooms were spacious and had all the basic amenities I needed. The hotel also had good air conditioning.
No complaints.

The hotel is conveniently located near the outlying bus station, making it easily accessible for travelers. the rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. the staff is co-operative and friendly, ensuring a pleasant experience. the breakfast served is delicious and satisfying, giving guests a good start to the day. this hotel offers great value for money with its amenities and services.
There were some issues with the bathroom facilities that need improvement.

The rooms were well-equipped and the air conditioning worked well, ensuring a comfortable stay. I also appreciated the good location of the hotel, with key attractions and amenities within easy reach. the staff were friendly and accommodating, adding to a positive experience.
It was difficult to find the entrance of the hotel, which was a bit frustrating. Lastly, I was disappointed that basic amenities like an iron were not provided in the room.

The hotel offered clean and decent sized rooms with large bathrooms. One great aspect was the polite receptionists who spoke good English and offered travel desk services. the hotel's key location was a major advantage with everything within a walkable distance.
The hotel lacked an in-house restaurant which was a bit inconvenient. Another aspect we disliked was the slow running hot water in the shower.
